Literacy & Reading Support

As a parent, it can be difficult to watch your child struggle with reading. You want to help, but it can be hard to know the right steps to support their learning. Our clinician-led literacy programs provide structured, systematic support to help your child gain confidence and mastery in reading.

Using a multisensory approach based on Orton-Gillingham methodology, we guide children through the essential skills of phonemic awareness, decoding, spelling, and comprehension. Led by a speech-language pathologist, our sessions also strengthen the underlying language foundations of literacy—vocabulary, syntax, and auditory processing—so your child can read with understanding and ease!

Turning Struggles into Strong Readers

Who We Help

We support children who:

  • Are learning early reading skills

  • Struggle with phonics, fluency, or comprehension

  • Feel frustrated or lack confidence in reading

  • Show signs of dyslexia or other literacy challenges

How we can help:

We use the Orton-Gillingham approach—a structured, systematic, and multisensory method—to build strong reading skills step by step.

Our approach goes beyond decoding to target the underlying language skills needed for reading success, including phonological awareness, vocabulary, grammar, fluency, and comprehension.

As speech-language pathologists, we are uniquely qualified to address the connection between language and literacy.

Every program is individualized, with instruction tailored to meet each child’s specific needs and support confident, lasting progress.
