  • We are a private-pay practice, which means no insurance delays, restrictions on services, or limits on frequency or location of care—giving you more flexibility and control.

    Upon request, we can provide a superbill for you to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Where possible, evaluations are conducted in person and typically last 60–90 minutes.

    Our comprehensive evaluations assess all areas of speech and language development, including receptive and expressive language, pragmatics, articulation, oral development, and more. We are able to assess individual components of reading, including phonemic awareness, decoding skills, fluency, and comprehension.

    We gather information through language sampling, standardized testing, caregiver input, observations, and review of academic reports when applicable.

    Following the assessment, you’ll receive a detailed report with results, recommendations, and a personalized treatment plan.

  • We provide virtual services to families across North Carolina.

    In-home services are available in select areas of Wake and Johnston counties, including: Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Fuquay Varina, Garner, and Clayton.

  • To better support busy families, we offer flexible seasonal enrollment options for speech, language, and reading services throughout the year.

    Families may enroll at any point in a season as space allows. Tuition is based on the level of support selected:

    • Targeted Support – focused intervention for specific goals

    • Intensive Support – higher-level support for children needing more frequent or comprehensive intervention

    Enrollment Terms

    • Seasonal enrollment is a commitment for the duration of that season and cannot be canceled mid-season.

    • Families may choose to take breaks between seasons.

    • Returning families receive priority access to preferred time slots for the next season.

    Tuition is prorated for families who join after a season has already started.

  • Each season includes a designated make-up week at the end of the session block to help accommodate illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts.

  • Standard session length for direct services is 30 minutes, however session time varies depending on the service and goals.

  • The Orton-Gillingham approach is a structured, multisensory method of teaching reading and spelling. It uses explicit, systematic instruction that breaks language down into smaller, manageable parts while engaging visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning. This approach is especially effective for children with dyslexia or other reading challenges, as it builds strong foundational skills step by step.
